General Maintenance and Repair Tech (Full Time)

Maintenance I
The Maintenance I position is responsible for general building and grounds upkeep as well as any projects at any of the G&D facilities. This includes but is not limited to painting, drywall, racking, floor striping, plumbing, basic HVAC and plumbing as well as grounds keeping. Travel is typically local but occasionally will require an out-of-state trip. The Maintenance I position is required to keep their area safe and clean.
Maintains office and warehouse needs.
Performs basic electrical tasks.
Performs interior painting.
Certified on Sit Down power industrial truck.
Works efficiently to achieve or exceed performance targets for velocity, quality and cost.
Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures and reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
Minimum Work Experience
Basic personal computer skills.
Previous experience operating power industrial truck.
Minimum of one year of building maintenance related experience.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; Certified to use power industrial truck.
Shift: 1st Shift 6:30AM - 3:00PM
