RESPIRATORY THERAPY- CRT- NIGHTS

An experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is needed to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a busy departmental setting. This role involves performing a wide range of procedures from neonatal to geriatric patients, including intubations and arterial blood gases analysis, with a focus on ensuring quality patient outcomes.
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
Perform arterial blood gas punctures and analyze samples accurately.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures in the electronic health record (Epic).
Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring advanced respiratory interventions.
Hold an active RRT license with ABG endorsement in Tennessee.
Demonstrate at least 1 year of recent ICU or respiratory department experience.
Have recent Epic electronic health record experience within the past 12 months.
Be able to pass Epic competency exam on first attempt.
Be willing to work night shifts and every other weekend.
