Handyman team, you get so much more than a job… you get a career you can be proud of, and the support of industry-leading software and business systems.Company-supplied van with gas cardA back office that takes care of filling your schedule, so you don't have toAn office team that answers all calls and helps you take care of the customersFlexibility with hours so you can take care of life's important eventsAnd so much more…Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of professional carpentry experience.Expert-level skills in framing, trim/molding, cabinetry installation, and structural repairs (including decks and rot repair).Project Management: Ability to "dry crawl" a project—estimating materials, planning the layout, and executing from start to finish without supervision.Documentation: Ability to document work, take clear "before and after" photos, and use basic tablet/smartphone apps for job tracking.Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs (including two-story tarping or repairs)Live in the areaYour Responsibilities as a ProfessionalVersatility: Willingness to handle smaller "handyman" tasks between large carpentry projects.Professionalism: Clean-cut appearance and "personable" attitude.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers: You'll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.Create Life-Long Customers: Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. Revenue Target: Our office gets you in the door and it's your job to stay there and find additional ways to be of service to the customer.Effective Billing Rate: It's your responsibility to invoice appropriately, source any needed materials, and collect payment from the customer.Benefits & PayThe pay range for this position is $29.00 to $32.50 and is dependent on your experience as Carpenter as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects.
