Lead Warehouse Person- 1st shift

The Team Coordinator assists the supervisor in the operation of an area of a department so that the Supervisor may increase focus on the people in the area and not be as involved in daily specific workflow issues. The Team Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring continuous production flow by relieving bottlenecks within the department, filling in positions as needed, identifying part/resource shortages, and finding solutions and/or notifying Supervisors that solutions are needed, facilitating implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes, and requesting non-personnel related assistance of other departments by completing work orders and requesting engineering and SFA assistance. Primarily conducts Team Coordinator tasks in assigned department and may be used in other departments for the Anderson facilities.
High School graduate or GED and minimal WorkKeys scores for the position.
~Physical & Environmental Demands:

Able to learn to work with all hand tools required of all positions within the area, including general work tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools, brazing and wiring tools and equipment, forklifts, etc.
Able to work long hours and a variety of shifts as needed.
Able to learn and utilize materials tracking system.
