Provide direct support to individuals in therapeutically developed program activities in a Community Based Day Support (CBDS) program and / or employment opportunities. Perform the required training and documentation necessary for group and individual participant goal achievement. Benefits for Full-time employees:

- Develop and implement individualized and group instructional units across various settings.
Support individuals in work and community environments based on their needs.
Work on-site or off-site as directed by the supervisor.
Encourage personal growth through choice, initiation, and risk-taking opportunities.
Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
- Standard driver's license (Class C or D).
- Completion of healthcare training or competency evaluation program preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two years' experience (preferred) working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program or vocational setting. A related Bachelor's' degree may be used to substitute part or all of the work experience.
Activity Planning: Managing and guiding child behavior positively.
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.
Life Skills Training: Teaching and supporting the development of essential daily living skills.
