Specializes in caring for patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring, often in telemetry or step-down units. These nurses interpret patients' heart rhythms using electronic equipment, identify potential complications or abnormalities, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide appropriate interventions and treatment.
