Position Title: Operations Manager, Air and Ocean Freight
Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Manage air freight and ocean freight operations for both Export and Import.
Supervise overall operational quality and streamline working process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
To assist sales development and provide in-house support.
Communicate and coordinate with overseas and agent partners on R/Os together with Supervisor.
At the same time, work closely with Customer Service management to establish and implement SOP for all key and MNC accounts to meet expectation.
Adhere to compliance of all transportation and security regulations.
Continue to be part of our IT local seed member.
Coordinate with the management to execute annual business plan and operating budget.
