Program Coordinator Job Location:San Rafael, California Job Type: Temporary Pay Rate:$23.25 - $34.18/hour Schedule:Monday - Friday; 8am-4:30pm Description of Position:Do you have experience as a Human Resources Assistant or in a confidential administrative role? We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to provide administrative and technical support. This temporary assignment will focus heavily on data entry, document review, compliance tracking, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential information while managing multiple priorities. Enter, update, and maintain contract and payment information in internal systemsReview records and documents for accuracy, completeness, and complianceMaintain organized electronic files and documentationTrack small business participation, contracts, and subcontractor commitmentsAssist with researching certified small businesses and contract opportunitiesMonitor contractor and subcontractor payments and identify discrepanciesAssist with audits, compliance reviews, and contract closeoutsPrepare reports, spreadsheets, worksheets, and correspondenceReview forms and supporting documentation for completenessAssist with developing procedures, checklists, and compliance guidesCommunicate with internal departments and contractors to obtain missing informationPerform other administrative and program support duties as assigned Description of Company:You will be supporting the department in transportation in San Rafael, California.
