Bartender - The Tap Room (Full Time)

United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Bartenders to join their Team at Bar Symon located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails.
Demonstrate solid bartending skills and maintain knowledge of drink recipes and bar offerings
Take accurate orders, process transactions, and ensure timely service
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest interactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
Support inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
Accurate money handling.
Maintain bar cleanliness, stock, and organization.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Stands for long periods
Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
Is legally able to work in the U.S.
Is able to pass a federal background check
Executes tasks independently
Learns and memorizes tasks effectively
Maintains concentration and focus on tasks
Performs tasks in small or restrictive spaces
Works in or around large crowds
