Job Description Highly respected employment law firm in downtown Minneapolis is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This person will work closely with other LAAs and Paralegals to support attorneys on sophisticated matters while gaining hands-on exposure to all phases of litigation.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–5+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm setting who wants to deepen their skills, take ownership of meaningful work, and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Overview of Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation
Prepare, proofread, and file pleadings and correspondence
Manage deadlines, calendars, and case files with precision
Assist with discovery, including document collection, organization, and review
Coordinate filings, service, and case logistics
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of litigation support experience as a paralegal or litigation legal administrative assistant
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Working knowledge of Minnesota and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience with/exposure to e-filing in State and/or Federal Courts
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF programs
• Excellent correspondence, writing, proofreading, and formatting skills, sometimes on time-sensitive and high-profile documents
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Confident communicator with a team-oriented mindset and comfort handling client contact
