Key Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification

Valid California Credential: Pupil Personnel Services – School Psychology with English Learner Authorization

Demonstrated experience in school-based environments preferred

Ability to provide clinical supervision to RBTs

Three recent professional letters of recommendation

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee behavioral programming and interventions for students, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams

Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentoring to RBTs, ensuring adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices

Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to craft individualized support plans

Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth and create supportive learning environments

Deliver training and support to school staff to promote best practices in behavior management

Maintain thorough documentation and prepare detailed progress reports for educational teams and families
