Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA

Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment

BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state

Current CPR certification

Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift days: Monday through Friday

Schedule includes 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week

No on-call requirement

Weekend rotation is required

Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient

Coverage area includes North Snohomish County, including North Marysville, Granite Falls, Arlington, Camano Island, and Stanwood

May be required to float to other nearby home health agencies as needed
