A company vehicle is provided for all field-related work.Why Join CUI?We invest in our employees and provide the tools, training, and opportunities needed for long-term success.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay with weekly paychecksComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid HolidaysPerformance-based pay increase after your first yearCompany-provided uniformsCompany vehicle for field responsibilitiesModern, state-of-the-art warehouse facilityOpportunities for advancement and internal promotionStable, growing company with long-term career opportunitiesWhat You'll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our technicians and maintaining efficient warehouse operations by:Safely loading and unloading trucks using a forkliftPulling and preparing equipment and materials for daily technician assignmentsReceiving, stocking, and organizing inventoryIssuing and returning customer premise equipment (CPE) using EIS and ExcelMaintaining accurate inventory recordsKeeping the warehouse, technician room, and storage areas clean, organized, and safePerforming equipment retrievals from customer homes using a company vehiclePicking up equipment and supplies from local vendors when neededAssisting with general warehouse operations and special projectsFollowing all company safety procedures and inventory control standardsWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys physical, hands-on work.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, inventory, logistics, or forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)Forklift certification is a plusValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningMust be at least 23 years old for insurance purposesComfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPhysical RequirementsFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 poundsAbility to stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periodsComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet when necessaryComfortable working in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spacesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as business needs require
