Draw blood specimens from patients across diverse age groups, including pediatric and geriatric populations, following established protocols and procedures.

Ensure patient safety and comfort during specimen collection, explaining procedures clearly and creating a reassuring environment.

Prepare collected specimens for lab testing, maintaining proper handling and documentation per protocols.

Maintain a safe and professional environment, adhering to all safety policies and practices.

Accurately record and document all relevant information related to specimen collection and patient interactions.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and ensure high-quality patient care.

Flexibly support multiple locations and work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Proven phlebotomy skills with experience in pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Strong communication skills to explain procedures and foster trust with patients.

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Customer service focus with a professional, friendly demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification is preferred; At least three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, is required.

Minimum of two years' experience in a Patient Service Center environment is preferred.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if applicable.
