Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30-45 minute commute).

Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1-2 evenings per week extending to 6:30-7:00 PM; Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule.

Clinical & Administrative Support

Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.

BT Managers for performance and operational support.

Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.

Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.

Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I-IV.

Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles.

Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance.

Dual Bonus Program: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000 annually.

First Year Signing Bonus: Up to $5,000.

Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.

BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.

LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.
