Temp-to-Perm Receptionist Front Desk

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome and graciously greet and direct all stakeholders, notify appropriate staff members of arrivals, and provide program information to prospective tutors and students. This position is covering for medical leave, and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. Conduct timely and accurate data entry into various databases (LACES, Excel, Google Sheets)
Maintain inventory of office and program supplies
Assist with directing on-site volunteers and special events, department-specific projects, and seasonal program changes
Must have High school Diploma or GED; Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Zoom
Spanish language knowledge is a huge plus
Must have the ability to maintain confidential of sensitive information
