PM LINE COOK

As a PM Line/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment throughout the evening shift. Your primary duties include cooking and plating dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
THE DUTIES OF A PM LINE COOK INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

Cook dishes to business standards.
Follow recipes and create a consistent product.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Prepare ingredients for use during the shift.
Follow directions from Chef.
Set up workstations.
Cooking various dishes using the sauté method, including meats, seafood, sauces, and vegetables.
Requirements
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
SERV Safe Certified
Strong attention to detail
Proven working experience as a cook.
Possess strong cooking skills, particularly in the sauté method.
Preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and meal plans
Preparing sauces, soups, and other food items using standard recipes and methods
Preparing special dishes or meals for guests with special dietary needs or restrictions
Keeping a clean work environment
Sauté and Grill experience required.
