General Labor-Waterproofing

Assist in the installation of insulation, waterproofing materials, firestop systems, expansion joints, and restoration products

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Support skilled trades workers with measurements, mixing materials, and applying coatings

Assist with scaffolding setup, lifts, and access equipment under supervision

Maintain job site cleanliness and organization

Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

This role requires consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the workday. The position often involves exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and dust. Medical, dental, and vision coverage
