Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and other caregivers
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in orientation and training programs to stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
