The team partners across the company to build a high-performing organization through recruiting, employee development, engagement, and people operations.

We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team and own the logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. This is a fully on-site role based at our Torrance, CA headquarters.

Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy.
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, attention to detail, and confident onsite hosting.
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
Coordinate candidate travel (flights, hotels, transportation) and support expense reconciliation.
Improve recruiting operations through process enhancements and special projects.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business to keep the hiring process moving.
Experience managing complex calendars and using tools such as Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Based in or willing to relocate to Torrance, CA.
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination.

• Experience using Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience improving or streamlining recruiting or operational processes.
