As a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at HCA Healthcare, you will provide high-acuity, patient-centered care to adults requiring close monitoring and complex interventions. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage IV drips, and monitor telemetry, escalating changes in condition promptly. Working within a collaborative, team-based environment, you’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and maintain accurate documentation using our EMR.
