Join our team as a Field Service Engineer
specializing in Aircraft Power Systems . You'll be the technical expert customers rely on-providing real-world support across our product lines. If you're energized by troubleshooting complex systems, delivering a standout customer experience, and partnering with internal teams to drive rapid resolution, this role is built for you. Minimum 5 years of direct aviation experience and technical support experience in a customer support environment
Extensive knowledge of aircraft electrical systems and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills for installation and operation
Experience conducting tests and inspections of avionics and electrical systems to evaluate field function and operation
FAR Parts 91, 23, and 25 operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Comfort with a work style that includes spending most of the day on the phone from an open office environment

Working familiarity with aircraft instruments and avionics to provide backup technical support
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Travel: Up to 15% as needed to meet business requirements
Must be able to maintain accurate and complete records of service and support communications
Must be able to support product installation, configuration, operation, and management through a primary technical support role
Diagnose customer issues, determine the action required, and drive resolution using company databases, customer information, and collaboration across departments
Serve as a primary technical interface for installation, configuration, operation, and management of products
Assist with development of technical sales presentations for customer meetings and industry events
Monitor field data for reliability trends and proactively coordinate with Quality and Engineering for root cause analysis and resolution
Track support cases to ensure timely resolution and effective follow-through
Maintain accurate records of service and support communications
Support industry events and participate in trade shows as required
