Housekeeper/Room Person

Housekeepers clean guest rooms—they provide stayover service to in-house guests and provide checkout service for incoming guests. Housekeepers help create the best experience possible to resort guests, ensuring rooms are above cleanliness expectations and supporting the AAA Four Diamond brand expectation.

Responsibilities Provide stayover service based on which type each guest chooses

Provide checkout service per the Housekeeping Training Manual—cleaning the room to ready it for the next guest Note anything broken or missing from the unit

Report any equipment or appliances not working

Clean up cart and closet at the end of shift

Promote The Osthoff Resort’s service principle by example—respond to/resolve guest inquiries, complaints or concerns in a courteous, timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma preferred

Must be able to work most weekends during summer and some holidays
