Schools are currently on summer break. Zen Educate partners with public and charter schools across various school districts to build stronger school communities. As a Behavior Specialist in a school setting, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs by assisting the classroom teacher. Your focus will be on implementing behavior management plans, redirecting challenging behaviors, facilitating social interactions, and providing one-on-one or small group assistance to help students meet their IEP goals within a structured learning environment.
Work with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed material
Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed
Support with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toileting
High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children with Special Educational needs
• Experience working with personal care

CPI Training
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour, paid weekly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).
