We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you are compassionate, energetic, and ready to provide high quality care to seniors, WE WANT YOU!
Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction, in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
Provide resident care and direct nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Qualifications Passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, energetic, and fun personality.
Active, in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
Professional appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
