Geologist - Full-Time (Oil & Gas)

Provides geological, petrophysical, and geophysical support functions and performs property studies, which, when executed, enhance oil and gas production of the company's reserve base in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Originates and generates capital investment projects including the Company’s current underdeveloped positions. s, annual capital budget and reserve report projects.
Supervises and/or monitors field data acquisition concerning geological, geophysical, and other related functions.
Maintains an awareness of evolving industry standards and emerging technologies as they apply to maximizing the economic recovery of the Company’s oil and gas properties.
Experience with Petra and/or Kingdom Geology software is preferred.
4+ years of geology experience.
A MS in geology.
Typically works indoors in an office setting, with some traveling required to COGC’s region offices or other oil industry offices. Occasional travel to the field operation is required.
