Interact with customers and contractors as well as overseeing all warehouse operations and creating a professional warehouse environment.

Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors.

Meet business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment.

Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

Associates degree or equivalent business experience.

Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience.

Coaching and training experience.

Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
