Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location

Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care

Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring

Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified )

Flexibility to travel on short notice
