Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Night Shift - 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3 shifts per week)
Job Description
The position involves providing high-quality patient care in a cardiac intensive care unit setting. The role requires expertise in managing patients with complex cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
Provide care for patients on ventilators and vasoactive drips.
Assist in performing typical procedures such as Post CABG, STEMI, and Vascular interventions.
Be willing to float to other units such as Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active AZ Registered Nurse License.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting, preferably with cardiac patients.
Experience with ventilators and vasoactive drips is essential.
