Full Time Litigation Paralegal

This full-time Litigation (Real Estate) Paralegal role supports a growing legal team focused on complex civil and property-related disputes. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys ownership of case workflows, and is confident working within court systems and filing requirements.
Full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity
- Plymouth, MN (hybrid schedule, 2 days remote per week)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Manage litigation files, ensuring accurate organization and document control
- Coordinate electronic court filings and service of legal documents
- Assemble hearing and trial materials, including exhibits and binders
- Support real estate-related litigation through document preparation and recording submissions
- Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent legal experience
- 2+ years of prior experience supporting civil litigation matters
- Familiarity with court rules, filings, and litigation procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management tools
