**Shift Details:**

• **Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:**
• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

**Minimum of 1 yearof recent experience as a RN within the last 3 years

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (Healthcare Provider BLS certification; and proof of Rubella, Rubeola, and Varicella vaccination or titers ).
