REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME MAY BE AVAILABLE Contribute to a team representing high profile clients with defense counsel, hospital administration, and department chairpersons to settle medical malpractice claims. • Investigate and complete clinical analysis of complex and technically difficult medical malpractice claims. • Manage all phases of each litigated matter from pre-litigation investigation through to settlement or trial. • Develop and implement defense strategy. • Attend selected depositions, court hearings, and trials. • Interface with defense lawyer and client to enable client to make business decisions in pending litigation. • Identify points for improvement in client health care services to avoid reoccurring adverse events.
