Junior Merchandise Photographer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Photographer to support a fast-paced commercial photography studio producing high-volume e-commerce and marketing imagery. This position is ideal for someone early in their photography career who wants hands‑on experience in professional commercial photography and high-volume studio production.

Responsibilities Capture high-quality product images following established studio standards and shot lists

Assist with studio setup, lighting adjustments, and equipment preparation

Prepare products for photography, including styling, steaming, cleaning, and positioning

Execute consistent framing, composition, focus, exposure, and color

Assist with set changes and the movement of merchandise

Identify image quality issues and elevate when needed

Collaborate with photographers, stylists, retouchers, and production teams

Required Qualifications 0–2 years of photography experience through commercial work, studio work, internships, freelance work, or education

Basic understanding of camera operation, exposure, focus, and composition

Experience with image editing software preferred

Ability to follow documented workflows and standards

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One

Product photography or e-commerce experience

Meets productivity expectations while maintaining quality standards
