RN for Nursing Shifts

Role: Charge Registered Nurse, responsible for leading shift-based nursing operations in a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient flow, staffing, and bed assignments.

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to bedside nurses.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, evidence-based protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Respond to emergencies and support staff development.

Promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and excellence within clinical units.
