Head of Project Management

We are seeking a proactive project management professional to run and optimize the content supply chain for websites, IVAs, and email production. You will ensure smooth workflow execution, maintain high-quality handoffs between design and technical teams, and drive on-time content delivery that supports marketing priorities and business objectives.

***This will be on site a couple times per month in Plainsboro NJ***

Key responsibilities

Manage incoming website content requests from marketing stakeholders, triage requirements, and assign work using Adobe Workfront to ensure clear ownership and progress.

Oversee handoffs between design and technical production teams to maintain consistency, minimize rework, and uphold deliverable standards.

Monitor project timelines and dependencies to ensure content is delivered on schedule and aligned with business priorities.

Communicate proactively with cross-functional stakeholders—marketing, design, production teams—to resolve issues, elevate risks, and maintain transparency.

Troubleshoot production challenges, recommend corrective actions, and implement best practices to continuously refine the content production lifecycle.

Qualifications and skills

Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent content projects and complex workflows.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Effective communicator with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Hands‑on experience with Adobe Workfront for task management and workflow orchestration.

Website operations and production experience, preferably in pharma space.

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Veeva PromoMats is a plus.
