Project Manager / Operations Manager
JLC Electrical Contractors is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Operations Manager to oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role for someone who can manage schedules, coordinate crews, communicate with customers, handle project logistics, and keep jobs running efficiently and profitably.
Requirements
5+ years of Project Management experience
Construction or electrical industry experience required
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with customers, crews, vendors, and subcontractors
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Electrical contracting experience
Service and installation project management
Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and job costing
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a proven leader with real-world project management experience.
