Registered Nurse (RN) ICU/Telemetry

Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN to provide care to cardiac and step-down patients in an acute care setting.

Position Overview The Tele RN will monitor patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and manage complex medical cases transitioning from ICU-level care.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms

Administer cardiac medications and drips

Perform comprehensive assessments

Educate patients on cardiac care

Collaborate with cardiology and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Active CA RN license
BLS & ACLS required
2+ years telemetry or step-down experience
Experience with cardiac drips preferred
