Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting documentation, and project reporting. Coordinate with superintendents, project executives, subcontractors, clients, and design teams. Monitor project financial performance and maintain accurate forecasting. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Utilize project management software including Procore, Microsoft Project, and financial management platforms.The Successful Applicant5-7+ years of dedicated Project Manager experience within commercial construction. Experience leading commercial, life science, office, higher education, healthcare, industrial, or similar construction projects. Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and change management. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Project-based bonus program.
