Estimator (Estimator) Full-Time

Company Georgia Commercial Builders, Inc. is a full-service general contractor serving the Metro Atlanta area since 1990.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role located in Kennesaw, GA. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting project estimates, analyzing project requirements, sourcing and negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications Strong development skills to lead team
Ability to operate independently or with a crew
Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to multi task
Knowledge of the metro Atlanta area
Communication skills/ability to liaise with current and potential clients
Familiarity with new applicable building codes and requirements in multiple counties and cities in the metro Atlanta area
Experience in office interiors, industrial warehouse/office, medical and retail.
On Screen Estimating software and advanced Excel experience required
Estimating: 5 years in commercial construction (Required)
