You’ll work closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams while continuing to grow through leadership training and professional development.

Will Mentor BCBA Level 1

Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.

Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.

Provide parent/caregiver training using evidence‑based ABA strategies.

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and leadership training.

Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state regulations, and company policies.

Mentor Entry‑Level BCBAs (BCBA 1) as part of your leadership development.
