Work Location: Temple, TX

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Work Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off)

Travel: Up to 10%

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

Job Description:

Support the Bradley A4E1 Program Management team by managing vehicle and hardware deliveries on time and within budget.
Lead onsite program activities supporting the U.S. Army Bradley post-production integration efforts.
Manage program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Contracts, and Finance.
Develop and maintain program schedules covering multiple projects and contracts.
Manage the flow of vehicles and hardware to support on-time contract deliveries.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while managing opportunities.
Prepare and present project status, technical reviews, and executive updates to customers and leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Develop project plans, staffing plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and contingency plans.
Monitor project performance, identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and track metrics.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables while meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration .
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling processes.
• Strong project scheduling and budget management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present project status to internal and external leadership.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% .

Master's Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
Project Management certification such as PMP or PgMP .
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with 6+ years of project management experience required. Master's Degree with 7+ years of experience and Project Management certification are preferred.
