Are you a passionate BCBA ready to apply your expertise to support individuals with behavioral challenges? Enjoy working collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals while leading a team of dedicated behavior technicians. Competitive pay: $35 - $45 per hour
Flexible scheduling and full-time hours

Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Monitor progress through detailed data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as necessary

Provide caregiver training to promote skill generalization and independence
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
Strong data analysis and treatment planning skills
