Caregiver Responsibilities
Caregivers at Charis Hearts provide non-medical in-home and/or community care based on the Client Service Plan . Client Support & Care Perform client wellness checks to ensure their well-being.
Assist clients with completing admission documents as needed.
Help train other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in the client's home.
Provide non-medical support to agency service recipients.

Compliance & Documentation Be familiar with and follow all rules, policies, and procedures related to service delivery.
Caregiver Job Duties & Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Willingness to attend training sessions provided by referring agencies and/or the Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities (MHDD).
