Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid/Remote Flexibility
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to support a high-performing legal team handling complex litigation matters. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with demanding attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout all phases of cases.
Conduct legal research using Westlaw and PACER .
Prepare and manage DC court filings .
Perform detailed cite-checking and document review .
Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, discovery, and other litigation-related tasks.
Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
4+ years of litigation paralegal experience required.
Strong experience with PACER, Westlaw, and DC court filings .
Excellent cite-checking and legal document review skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement
Candidates should be prepared to start onsite for onboarding/training , with the position typically transitioning to a hybrid schedule once fully onboarded . Remote flexibility may be available depending on circumstances.
