Full-Time Bartender Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen – Roscoe Village, Chicago

Le Sud Mediterranean Kitchen is looking for an experienced, dependable Full-Time Bartender to join our team.

We are specifically looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position with a guaranteed full-time schedule . Rather than relying on multiple part-time bartenders, we want to develop one strong bartender who can become an important and consistent member of our bar team.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable bar service

Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to Le Sud standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar

Assist the Bar Manager with daily bar operations

Help monitor liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and bar supply inventory

Communicate low-stock items, unusual usage, breakage, or inventory concerns

Assist with receiving and organizing beverage deliveries

Help maintain consistent pouring, recipes, and cost-control standards

Work closely with management and the service team to create an excellent guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Previous high-volume or upscale restaurant bartending experience

Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge

Reliable and interested in a full-time, long-term position

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable taking additional responsibility beyond simply working behind the bar

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Someone who takes ownership and treats the bar as their area of responsibility
