What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry. Diagnose confidently and educate patients on treatment options. Prioritize same-day treatment whenever it's in the patient's best interest. Maintain a productive schedule while providing outstanding clinical care. Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and the entire team. Continue growing through mentorship, feedback, and continuing education. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree. Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility). Excellent communication skills. Commitment to ethical, comprehensive dentistry. Growth mindset and willingness to be coached.
