We offer competitive pay, starting at $19/hr and up — will be determined by applicants experience, availability, and distance willing to travel to shifts. Some caregiver duties include, but are not limited to:Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.wandering, paranoia) a safe and secure environment by monitoring their health and safety, as it is a priority.Assist clients with all their ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) in accordance with individualized care plans (i.e., personal hygiene assistance — oral care, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, dressing, etc.)Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean-living environment.MUST have at least 3 months of professional experience working as a caregiver;MUST be, or willing to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA);MUST be 18 years of age or older;MUST be able to provide 2 forms of ID such as a Driver's license, social security, Passport, and/or Birth certificate;Responsibilities:Follow clients’ provided plan of care, safety precautions, and procedures.Monitor, observe, and report suspected concerns or change of clients' condition or health status to a supervisor or the appropriate parties immediately.Communicate effectively and respond to all forms of communication from the office in a timely manner.MUST have a passion and the desire to help others improve their quality of life, while maintaining clients' self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.MUST be comfortable using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation.Benefits:Paid training (paid at minimum wage).Bi-weekly pay.Flexible schedule (4-to-15-hour shifts.
