Formulate and blend batches using computerized HMI/PLC system as well as manual blends
Follow production tickets to mix and react raw materials resulting in finished products
Comply with plant policies and safety procedures
Assist all plant personnel in seeking ways to eliminate waste and inefficiency throughout plant
Assist formulator in monitoring inventory
High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to read, write and understand the English language
Ability to lift 50lbs frequently during entire shift
Ability to move & be in a stationary position during entire shift
