What You'll DoLead the technical execution of embedded software projects for HVAC devices used in data centers.Guide and coordinate internal and external software developers to ensure high-quality output. Design and implement software that adheres to advanced security standards, including OCP (Open Compute Project) guidelines. Integrate and manage data center-specific communication protocols, with a focus on the Redfish REST API. Translate system requirements into coherent software architecture and actionable technical tasks. Ensure the seamless integration of features from underlying embedded platforms (RTOS, Matlab/Simulink). Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders. Who You AreBSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field 5+ years of technical experience leading software development projects for embedded systems. Strong background in project management of technical project leadership Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Hardware, QA, etc.) Familiarity with data center infrastructure and management protocols, like REST APIs. Understanding of advanced security standards for critical infrastructure, such as OCP (Open Compute Project) guidelines. Strong knowledge of embedded platforms, such as RTOS and application development environments (Matlab/Simulink). Strong willingness to learn Structured and detail-oriented working style Team-oriented, proactive attitude Good communication skills Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; structured, proactive and results‑oriented; effective at coaching less‑experienced engineers.
