RESPONSIBILITIES*** Ensure all products are produced per Milo’s quality standards.* Obtain samples for bacteria plating and daily quality checks as needed.* Ensure Food Safety and Food Quality compliance as directed.* Maintain all laboratory and testing equipment and perform calibrations per schedule.* Monitor FIFO and communicate concerns to the QA Manager.* Perform testing and document weights, volumes, colors, brix, codes, packaging integrity, and other routine testing as required.* Perform environmental testing of air, water, and bacteria according to schedules.* Perform additional duties as directed by the QA Manager.* Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.* Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy and MMAD volunteering opportunities.* Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components. **Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Food Science, Chemistry is preferred; or three years related experience and/or training; To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software including Microsoft Office Suite.
